Delivered mentoring and governance consulting, market assessment and competitive analysis, and back office systems assessment and implementation recommendations.


Provided sales and marketing consulting, including strategic market assessment, pricing methodology and sales pipeline development.

Provided consultancy and mentoring to transition entity from NFP subsidiary, to public company. Market assessment, strategic positioning, tendering and sales pipeline development on a consultancy basis provided on an ongoing basis.

TCI provides customized eLearning and digital solutions – contracted for 12 months supporting their sales and marketing  team in market  research and sales  lead  generation.





National communications specialist company – 3 separate projects including project managing transition to new contract and service level agreements with clients, preparing and then passing the audit for an international accreditation in networking. Role included preparing the internal documentation, allocate tasks to key staff and project manage the preparation for the audit (3 months) and being the main contact for the auditor.



National   Superfund – with recent changes in superannuation   market opportunities, I was contracted for 6 months to introduce and deliver a sales strategy and methodology that captures growth in servicing and selling to their target market segment.

International IT company – contracted for 2.5 years supporting their sales and marketing  team  in  market  research,  sales  lead  generation  and  writing marketing material including blogs.





Service provider to government agencies – the company had experienced rapid growth and was experiencing associated challenges with HR, sales and reporting issues. I provided general management guidance to the CEO, and was responsible for introducing sales and marketing methodologies and training the staff on how to adopt the new methods.
