Strategy Development and Implementation

Working alongside the CEO for strategic planning development, and then supporting the delivery and monitoring of strategy implementation. Business development focus on analysing new and emerging markets, and determining risks, costs and growth opportunities for new services. This includes exploring opportunities and leading negotiations in merger and consortium activities.

 

Board representation

Comprehensive understanding of the interaction between board and executives, and the influence of corporate principles upon social values. I have been a Director of Foresters Community Finance and the Jabiru Community Youth and Children Services.

 

Tendering

I have supported organisations to win significant tenders, as well as transitioned how organisations approach funding, including streamlining the application, reporting and acquittal processes. Winning tenders is part of the equation, having sufficient processes and procedures in place to support the funding, acquit the funding, and then win further funding completes the equation.
